"I had a very poor experience purchasing gift cards at this store. The store had the cards in stock that I was interested in purchasing. I purchased multiple Amazon gift cards with a custom loaded amount. The cashier just handed them back to me randomly without telling me the amounts telling me, "You can just check online." So far that is easier said than done. Sloppy work over there."

"I go to the Staples store (on Route 10 West in Randolph) all the time. The aisles are spacious, and well demarcated, associates are often helpful in finding things, and cashiers are usually friendly and professional. I think the prices are reasonable for their products, and they do have discounts which I have taken advantage of. Copy center is helpful. Bathrooms coudl be maintained better."

"I have been using the copy center at this location for many years. Recently, (8-7-23), there were only two employees working at the time I visited. I gave them a 300-page document to copy. The young lady who took my order seemed distracted. I told her two copies with holes for a 3-Ring binder. She took my name and number and then asked me, a second time, how many copies. I should have known this was going to be a problem. When I picked up my order on 8/8/23 there were no holes in the copies. What a shame. That copy center has been very good to work with in the past."
