"i read reviews for this salon in the past and decided not to get my dip manicure done there based on the reviews, but i wanted to get my dip polish removed today and their location was convenient to where i was at the time so i figured they couldn’t really mess that up. unfortunately, i was wrong and reminded of why i likely chose not to go there in the first place, when the lady removing my polish used the nail drill and nearly filed down my entire pinky nail to the skin. it was extremely painful and i jerked my hand back in the moment because of the pain and she laughed. i, however, didn’t find it very funny, and now have the thinnest amount of nail left overtop my pinky nail bed (pictured below) which will likely remain very sensitive until that entire nail grows out."
