"Was very disappointed on our last visit. We have stayed here numerous times and have always loved it. However, our last trip left much to be desired. Upon entering the room there was a rather unpleasant odor. We went out for the day the following morning, and upon our return discovered there had been no housekeeping. When we inquired, we were informed that housekeeping was done every 3 days. Thus, we had overflowing trash receptacles, dirty bath linen, and no refills for coffee pot. We had to leave the premise, trudge across courtyard to get what we needed. This is certainly NOT what one expects while on vacation."

"First thing I would like to talk about is the outstanding staff at the front desk. Very wonderful and personable individuals. Shout out to Dennis and the other two ladies (I’m sorry I didn’t get your names) for helping me with all my troubles regarding my booking. They were all very attentive and were going above and beyond to accommodate to all my issues. The room I stayed at is quite spacious and comes with a tv, microwave, and fridge. All your basic necessities you may need in a hotel room. The bed is quite comfy and had many pillows. The bathroom area had two sinks which I liked. The view overlooking the water was also a nice touch. The pool is nice and has a fireplace and a grill for all your needs. Haven’t had the complimentary breakfast quite yet, but am looking forward to it. Overall, I’d say this visit has been pleasant and hope to stay here again!"

"I thought the hotel was very nice inside. I liked how there was a big fridge with a freezer. A microwave and, two electric burners. The location was great but, we prefer to stay in the Hampton Inn. My issue for 3 stars was because: 1. The internet didn’t work. Now granted I wasn’t there just to be on the internet but it wasn’t even worth trying to connect to. 2. No ice at all. None. The gentlemen who worked at the hotel was very nice to get ice out of their break room for us. 3. The curtain holder in the bathroom was close to completely falling out of the wall. The shower would change temperatures on its own. From nice and warm to burning hot to ice cold without touching the knob."

"Pros: The location is excellent. I had a king room with a balcony and it had a wonderful waterfront view. The free daily breakfast was nice. Cons: The wifi lagged all the time. The housekeeping staff only provided one bar of soap when I checked in and there wasn’t any body wash or body soap. When my room was serviced the next day, they still didn’t provide any body wash/soap. I had to go the front desk to get some. The parking was awkward. The spaces for the property are at an angle and if you park closer to the water, it’s very difficult to back out due to lack of space."

"The location is great. Near shops, restaurants and other things to do. Balcony view is quite incredible over looking the pier and water landscape. The room itself was well spaced and very accommodating. Complimentary breakfast both mornings was better than most hotels. The French toast is pretty damn good. The pool was also enjoyable. The Staff were very polite and respectful as well."
