"Why do they say the pharmacy is open until 9 pm, but half an hour straight can’t answer the phone? Certain things require a call. It’s been an hour and no pick up. Not really sure what’s up? Do you have specific phone hours?"

"The pharmacy is in a small strip mall and has plenty of parking. The place is kept very clean and check out staff is friendly. Always greeting and engaging good conversations on purchases. Coming to the pharmacy, there were delays sometimes, but mostly, the prescriptions are filled on time, and they have in stock. Good place to get the flu shots."

"I have always enjoyed going to this pharmacy and the pharmacists are great, but lately i have been trouble with getting prescriptions refilled. They are refilling things i did not ask for, and then not refilling the prescriptions that i did ask for. Most recently i was given 2 90 day prescriptions for the same medicine within 2 weeks of each other, and then the prescription i actually asked for was not refilled. When i tried to straighten it out over the phone and in person, the new pharmacy assistants don't seem to understand how to operate their system and ask me things they should be able to look up like the prescription number, when was it refilled last, how many refills remain, etc. Ridiculous."

"If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Never in my life have I been treated as horribly as I was tonight by the pharmacist Pat. It was really unbelievable. I left my name and number with the very kind cashier up front and she said she would have the pharmacy manager call me tomorrow, and I have plenty to say. I've encountered rude people before, but I've never been verbally abused the way I was tonight by Pat. She should be ashamed of herself. I am changing my prescriptions to another pharmacy, and I will not step into this Rite Aid location ever again."

"Rite Aid location: 1249 Horseshoe Pike, Downingtown, PA 19335 - The worst pharmacy I've ever seen. Nobody knows what they are doing. Constant mistakes. Huge long lines at the pharmacy to simply pick up a refill. Long lines caused by their constant mistakes. Pharmacist cannot answer any questions. Stay FAR AWAY from this place. Go to CVS or Wegmans Pharmacy."
