"I had a medical issue with my elderly father. He lives out of town. His Dr called a script into this store. I tried numerous times to verify that they did indeed fill the script for pick up as I could not leave my father alone and didn't want to make the trip without success in getting the meds. I called during business hours. Left it ring stayed on hold 10 min. Nothing. I did talk to an employee who did confirm they were open and put me on hold another 10 min. A pharmacy provides life saving meds and service. I would think they would strive to be timely efficient and do better."
"They never have the prescription ready when they say your refill will be ready. Never an apology only excuses. Horrible attitudes. Prescription was supposed to be ready at 1 went at 330. They blamed it on Covid clinic. 1 person is giving shots while 2 others are doing nothing I guess. Their personal issues should be left at the door. Or maybe they should quit because Im tired of going there and them having attitudes. The only reason I stay is the location."
"Would be a great store if they fire Connie. She was very disrespectful about my Autistic son. She also brushed me off when I asked a question about the rewards points. Her nasty attitude made me start going to Walgreens more often."
"Your technician in Pharmacy, Major Culclasure is a positive, reliable, professional and an awesome person who has been courteous, kind, and caring to me each time I come to get my prescription filled and not only is he this way with me but I have seen him display these same qualities with other customers as well. He takes his time addressing my concerns and questions and cares enough to make sure I understand. I'm a loyal customer to Rite Aid due to this gentleman and many other customers say the exact same thing. Thank you Major Culclasure for your professionalism and your courteous, kind, caring ways you give to me and other customers at Rite Aid. We appreciate you!"
"Horrible store. They refused to give me my medication because I didn't have the $1.00 co-pay. This violated both Pennsylvania State law and their contract with my insurance provider under public assistance. I was told by one manager that I should use my cash assistance to pay for the co-pay. Well, I don't get cash assistance, that is only for people with children. When my insurance company contacted them to advise them they were in breach of the contract the store pharmacist told the insurance company they were sick of people getting free medication. I had to go without my medication for arthritis in my spine and neck because of them."
