I have a severe case of white coat syndrome and my procedure had me extremely anxious, to the point that I had my wife in with me (until she had to leave for sterility reasons) holding my hand. The staff here is extremely kind and did all they could to put me at ease. At one point Kaitlin L., I am not sure what her position is, and I don't want to say the wrong thing, so I will just say she is an angel, offered to hold my hand while the procedure was going on :-)! I survived, and this practice will be my dermatologist from here on out. It's the people, everyone from the receptionist to the doctor who performed the procedure were kind, understanding and accommodating, I cannot recommend them enough!"
