"If I was still in the area, I would continue bringing my cat here. This clinic is wonderful! The vet staff treated my cat and I kindly during every visit. You can tell that Dr. Conklin genuinely cares about the clients she treats. She’s extremely detailed and thoughtful with her notes and email replies. The only thing is the wait time can vary, but this is to be expected as it’s a community clinic. First come, first serve. Closer to closing, the staff will give those waiting in line an estimate to how many clients they will see. I’ve been to other places where they do not tell you and let you wait in anticipation. I never minded waiting considering how wonderful the staff is and how affordable their prices are. I’d recommend this place to anyone in the Berks county area! ☺️"
