"never again . I went in today without an appointment for a pedicure . They quickly told me to pick a color pointing to the wall . Then pointed to the opposite wall with the dips . Then pointed to an overflowing basket with color swatches . I then received a very nice pedicure until it was time for the gel . With no explanation, the woman doing my pedicure just got up and went over to start another pedicure . Another woman came over and put one layer of base coat on one foot then walked away . When i looked over to see where the woman went she was doing someone’s manicure . I waited a couple of minutes and then got up and asked her what was going on . She told me that the original pedicure person could not do gel . I said well why did you start the service in the first place ?? She then put another coat on my nails and said to me “ can i go now “? unbelievable. When i left she told me next time to make an appointment. i’m mg Never again This was supposed to be my relaxation finally and it was just frustrating."

"This was the absolute worst experience of my life. A simple French with design they said they can do over the phone; turned into a 2 hour nightmare. I told the woman from the second she started doing the nails what I didn’t like. I actually was vocal every time it looked horrendous, which was about every 15 minutes. She kept saying “No I fix at end”. Then proceeded to ask me if this was the first time I got my nails done. Clearly I should have asked if this was HER first time doing nails. I’m not even going to post the pictures because it is just that embarrassing. I have paint everywhere. She filed AFTER she painted the white on….. so badly that my nails became 3 times shorter and there was no more white on the sides of my nails. There’s glue and powder residue all over my cuticles and under my nails.. I would NEVER recommend this place and I would NEVER come back even if they were free. I’ll be leaving a review every where I can about this business."
