"They're out of iced coffee every time I go in for it, yet there's always iced coffee in the freezer, if I have time to wait for it to be changed. The black cashier with braids is always rude, arrogant, & really seems to have issues with white people. On multiple occasions I've seen her light up if people of color come in, but she remains hateful & arrogant with the white customers she doesn't know. She doesn't greet customers, & she's extremely hateful if you question anything. The store refuses to take mobile coupons, yet that same cashier watched me pull up my coupon & activate it, before she told me that they wouldn't take it. When I pointed out that the coupon was now wasted, her response, in her standard arrogant tone was, "yeah." The store is always dirty & you never see anyone cleaning. Hands down, this is the worst 7-Eleven in this area, & that's really saying something."

"If I could give 0 stars I would Disgusting store!! Sooooo ghetto employees are always high out of their mind, always dirty in there! They never have Slurpee flavors ready 9/10 times that I go there which is the only thing 7/11 is known for! I think honestly if an atomic bomb was dropped on this location it would be cleaner and be able to be ran better IMO won’t ever be back to this location!!!"

"If I could do no stars I would. This is the worse seven eleven I been to. I was there today 09/04/22 around 1:30 pm. My friends and I were there because we were figuring out where to go since we were looking for a park or beach near and some of us were shopping in their store. I had 2 minutes of walking out of the store when this lady (American) came out and started yelling at us to get out of her property. We tried to explain that while we were waiting for some of our friends we were in the parking lot talking and she literally yelled at us and said she didn't care and that she was going to call the police and the worse part is that she was the one who took care of my stuff inside so she had saw me inside just 2 minutes before she came out. Also, some of our friends were getting gas so we even tried to explain all of this. I really don't understand how a store can have an employee like this. It's bad customer service, who's going to want and come to your store when they treat people like this for no reason we weren't even doing anything bad we were waiting for some of our friends who were getting gas and shopping while we were in the parking lot talking and you even tried to trigger you by calling the police. Is unacceptable!!"

"I’m sick of going in the store in the evening anymore I just go somewhere else now but especially since the one woman with dirty blonde hair works in the evening. All she does is complain about the people she works with about never getting anything done but yet she ignores every customer that’s waiting to get rung up. All she does is complain but yet never does anything herself she’s is one of the most useless ones there and the others aren’t that great either so that should be saying something. I think it’s ridiculous that to get rung up you got to wait 10 minutes u til thier done talking. Is it so hard to just get in and get out anymore?"
