"Dr Conrad, Monta is an excellent professional who can see your toddler in a playing mode and the kid is happy to allow doctor to check out the nose and ears and other parts without a single drop of tear. "This was our first time going to the Pasadena office. Everything was wonderful---the best ever. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor and nurses was awesome. Everything ran smoothly - no wait time and the nurse was so nice to my grandson. Upbeat and cheerful. Doctor came in immediately and took one look and knew right away what the problem was. He spoke to me and to my grandson. Smart, nice and polite--who could ask for more!! I wish all offices and nurses and doctors were like this. Upbeat and cheerful and fun to talk with.
