Fabulous 10 Nails

"This place is a joke and the staff is not very professional. They overbook, they rush, and they are not attentive unless you're a high tipper. I get the same thing done every month and the prices are never the same. On my last visit I asked for coffin nails, a refill, and a replacement of one nail, only one of those three requests were fulfilled. The nail tech did not fix my nail and my nail shape was nothing close to what I asked for. I left the salon with my nails looking like an amateur did them. I will be going to Alpha Nails from now on."

My nails have turned out beautifully every time I’ve gone for both gel fills and pedicures. You won’t be disappointed."

"This place is honestly a joke. I went last Friday to get my nails done for an appointment for dip. As I was getting my nails done the women would ask me questions, I would answer, and then she would speak in her language to her coworkers laughing immediately after. The woman asked me to pick my color, and I wanted multi color nails on each finger. She never told me that it would be an extra $5 for EACH nail, only $5 extra all together. Then as she was doing my nails, the woman cut my cuticle so bad that she couldn’t get it to stop bleeding so she put NEW SKIN on my nail without telling me. I ended up paying way extra than what was originally said, and couldn't do anything about it so I left. Wednesday of the next week, my index finger breaks off. Not even a week after, then 15 minutes later the other index finger breaks. How ironic lol. So today, Thursday not even a week later then when I got them done, I called the shop and asked if I could get my nails fixed for a cheaper price possibly free. I mentioned to the woman on the phone that two nails fell off already and three of them are already coming off. She told me I can come in but it will be full price to get them fixed and taken off. No way I’m going back to this place. Definitely negative stars."
