"Do NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!!! The tech doing my nails got upset because I did not like how thick her French manicure was and asked politely if she could do the line smaller. She wiped it off and started raising her voice at me. So I told the owner who was behind me how rude her behavior is and it’s unprofessional to allow staff to talk to customers disrespectful and you do nothing to deescalate the situation. My nails were extremely over priced and short I ended up filing my nails more at home so the french tip didn’t seem as thick. DO NOT GO TO NAIL SALON!!!"

"THE WORST NAIL SALON IN THIS AREA!!!! The staff is BEYOND rude and customer service is non existent!!!!!!! They weren’t even able to figure out what replacement nails to use and were so nasty about it I just left … unbelievable"

"My friend was just here and has been going here for the longest time. She will NEVER go back. After leaving the salon, she noticed under her clear nail that there was something green. It turned out to be fungus! When she called the salon they said that was normal and wouldn't when five her a refund. So disgusting and unprofessional. If I could rate zero I would."

"Went there to do my nails for Mother’s day weekend. Didn’t give it one star because at least I was seen on time. But the owner did my nails and they look horrible. Flat. Thick. Lumpy. Like an amateur did my nails. I told him that they looked thick and he took it as a joke. He was pleasant, but should stick to answering the phone, booking appointments and charging customers. He should not be doing nails. He lacks the necessary skills. I wish I could just take them off right now."
