"These people DON’T care about your children. After my appointment I addressed my concerns with the front desk. I later got a call from the management team who tried to brush my concerns away, but CLEARLY according the previous reviews there is an issue with the doctors and nurse practitioners!!!"

"Previous patient family of the wonderful Dr.Tunisiaglo and then amazing Miriam Cleary. The new developmental nurse practitioner seemed to have very little experience with autistic/ADHD children (or she just is not fond of them). She even was offended and rude to my child when she asked a question and they were honest with her, which is 100% typical of an autistic child. This is when I asked her if she was experienced with autistics. It is a huge red flag when a parent realizes a doctor/nurse is not going to work for your child within minutes of meeting. Her belief system seemed more similar to my older authoritarian parents than my/my family’s; I was blown away at how she handled the appointment (including what she blamed my child’s issues on, the lack of empathy or even understanding, the hostility both my child and I felt, or even how hard I had to work to get her to change the subject, how hard I had to work to make the appointment worthwhile and how hard I had to work at continuing politeness towards her as things spiraled). It would be a huge mistake for my child’s psyche to take them to see her a second time so I guess we are done with the developmental clinic at CNMC at least. Also, quite a wait past our appointment time and the front desk ladies are rude and hate their jobs. I’m more irritated by the hostile nurse practitioner than the rude staff but maybe everyone at that building is rude?"

"We made an appointment at this office to see a cardiologist after having a negative experience at another doctor. Every staff member we encountered was fantastic. My child felt comfortable and at ease the entire time. Highly recommend this office."

"Just took my 6 year old there today to see Dr Bauman. She was amazing. Very friendly. When we left my son kept talking about how happy she was, lol. She was very informative and listened to my concerns. I feel like I can really trust her to help make my little one better."

"TRASH is the best way to describe the doctors, location and service. All of the staff at this location are highly incompetent and have zero care for a child’s welfare. A 16month old health, especially when it concerns the heart, is not to be toyed with. MY CHILD’S LIFE HAS BEEN PUT AT RISK BECAUSE OF YOUR SHEER NEGLIGENCE!!! Shame on you all and shame on the hospital as a whole! The front desk as the previous reviewer mentioned are useless."
