"I’ve used this kennel before, however this time I was extremely disappointed. We were not welcomed this time and the new staff is extremely afraid of our friendly dogs. We are going to vacation and planned to board our 4 dogs with ridge kennels however we had to take 1 back home and left to figure out what to do with him because he had a cone on his head due to the doctor now wanting him to scratch his eyes. After leaving out, Tina and was talking negatively to the new guy assuming I walked away. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone else nor will I ever bring my dogs back. Extremely disappointed"

"Did not have a good experience, although the facility looks great we were unable to utilize it. My boys were turned away because of barking and being scared. It was their first time in a kennel so they were nervous and not their normal selves. They refused my boys ( I understand safety completely but one is a 1 yr dog that was scared and nervous) we didn’t feel like much effort was made to ease the boys into it. Maybe suggest to come days in advance and get familiar, etc. These are our family and we want them comfortable just like we want their caretakers to feel comfortable as well. Just didn’t appreciate the last minute being turned away we had a trip planned out of state and put us in a bind. I expected more experience and patience from the handlers."
