Rite Aid

"I called a refill in between 10:30-11am. Automated system said it would be ready for 3pm and when it asked if I’d pick it up at that time I said no. It asked what time and I entered 5pm. It said it would be ready. I get to the store to pick it up going on 5:20pm and I get told they just got it in their system 10 minutes ago and it’ll be 45 minutes before it’s ready. I’ll be transferring my prescription to CVS right after I pick it up tomorrow morning."

"When did Rite aid closed the pharmacy department down at 3pm on a Tuesday afternoon ?( on November 7th) my husband went into to pick up our medication came out saying the whole pharmacy department was closed."

"They need to hire more people. I have a heck of a time trying to get my medicine anymore. People need their medication and if Rite Aid proves to be unreliable, we will all just go somewhere else to get our medications! I've Been going to this Particular Local Rite Aid since I was a little girl and trusted them, Pharmacist just didn't show up today and they closed without warning or notice. For the at least 3rd or 4th time I couldn't get my meds when I desperately needed them(I just had an operation) but normally I only go there once a month and this keeps happening. Couldn't get it sent to another rite aid that was open, apparently it just gets stuck at whichever one its sent to at that point! So I'm going to be taking business to somewhere that is reliable for my medication after this time. My Dr even checked their hours to make sure they were indeed open before calling it in, because of the issue with them closing randomly without warning. Evertime now, I get there and then see a printed note that they were only open for 2 hrs that day and that I'm SOL. They need to hire more pharmacists and techs!!! Ps. This is apparently the standard bc people know this as "our best one" out of the 5 in my town."
