"Very bad experience with them. I started with them two months ago with my newborn. My daughter is two months old now and she has the Rsv but before that she had an appointment with them for her 2 months vaccine due to her Insurance, they cancelled her appointment and didn’t take her because there was something wrong with insurance. All they think about is money first not the patient. Two days later I went there because she was coughing and she tested positive for Rsv they told me there is no thing to do and i can keep coming to check with them. Everything was good the first 4 days but then I went to them . my daughter was having hard time breathing and the doctor saw that but she said it’s okay it just because of the virus. I asked her what if it got worse she said you call we will tell you what to do. It got worse after we got home she was barely breathing and her lips turned blue I called them and they said we will call you at the end of the day or tomorrow we closed in their face and went to hospital she stayed in the hospital for three days on oxygen because she was not breathing well. The doctor saw her but didn’t tell me that she needed to be in the hospital. I went back today to talk with the manager but she was just defending , didn’t even admit their mistake. I told her I want to go to different clinic and she didn’t even try to keep me she gave me my papers and told me to go. It seemed to me that she was kicking me out of the clinic . It was a very bad dealing with them. I don’t recommend them if you want you kids to receive better care, choose another clinic."

"The worst place. If you care about your children's DONAT book with them. My daughter had the RSV virus and she was barely breathing they didn't do anything and they kept ignoring me and they showed zero care. They kept saying it's okay. I took my daughter to the emergency and her oxygen was 85%. I will transfer to another clinic. I cannot trust this clinic anymore. -10000 star"

"This office including Dr. Granados are completely unprofessional and irresponsible. I have joint custody of my kids who I coparent with and the mother of my kids is constantly violating the court orders. I have asked this office multiple times to explain to the mother of my kids that she is not allowed to be scheduling appointments without coordinating it with me. Instead of explaining this to their mother they threaten both of us with discontinuing service with us. I showed up to an annual physical where again the mother is seeking validation for her continued attempts to take the kids to the doctor without my communicating with me. Instead of explaining to her that she needs to work with me, I sat there and watched Dr. Granados explain to her that it is ok for her to take them to the doctor if the kids are sick. She took this as an authorization to violate the court orders which she subsequently did and when I tried to hold the office accountable again they decide to send me a message to deny not only my kids who I share custody with but my 2yo son as well with my current marriage. These people are unprofessional and I would not recommend going to this office or with Dr. Granados."

"Absolutely love this practice! The providers take the time to explain any concern I have. Being a first time parent I never felt belittled or dismissed by any of the providers. Amazing and caring staff overall."
