"Got the worst set of dip nails I’ve ever experienced here this past week. I used to go when it was under different ownership and loved it then, but now it’s horrible. First red flag was when I called to make an appointment the gentleman who answered immediately tried to up-sell me. Annoying but whatever. I get there and there only one guy in the place and no customers. I knew it had to be bad at that point. Unfortunately my assumptions were confirmed. He did not make my nails even on top. You can see a big crease where the tips were put on, and how they point up towards the ends. He did put Shrek on when I asked though so I’ll give a star for that."
