"I love Dr. Richardson. She has been nothing but great to both of my boys since the day they were born. She is very attentive, listens to our concerns and doesn't try to push unnecessary medications, treatments or anything else on our boys. I highly recommend her! I want to give this office 5 stars but unfortunately the front office staff turn me off every time my boys have a visit or I call for an appointment. It seems as if they don't want to do their job. I am on hold now and have been for the last 7 minutes just to schedule an appointment. It took 13 minutes to get them to answer the phone and once someone did, it was like I was bothering her by requesting to schedule an appointment. So here I am, on hold, again. I also continue to ask for the link to register for the patient portal and I never get the information needed to do so. I do hope the front staff gets better because they are definitely NOT a reflection of the great work and care Dr. Richardson provides."

"I love Dr. Richardson, she is so knowledgeable and so sweet with our son. I am so happy to have found a pediatrician that we both feel comfortable with. I would give 5 stars, but the person that assists Dr. Richardson always has a nasty attitude. I don’t know what her name is to include it in my post because she never even introduces herself. If she doesn’t like working there, or working with children she needs to just quit. I wish that we could just somehow bypass her or weigh our son ourselves since that’s all that she does. Everyone else there is so pleasant."

"Love this office, Dr Cliff is a really good pediatrician. Nurse Keandra is the best, very personable. And the front desk ladies are always pleasant and friendly. wait times are great, I don’t believe I’ve ever waited more than 15-20 mins to see the doctor/nurse. Each visit have been a seamless in and out experience. Both my boys (2 & 5) will be patients for years to come."

"Dr.Richardson has been my sons pediatrician from the start. She's always so patient with him and she addresses any concern I've ever had. She makes time for my last minute appointments. I've even recommended multiple parents who also love her. Best choice I made while pregnant. Her nurse, Tish, is the best!!! My son knows when he sees her it's going to be a good time."

"Dr. Cliff has cared for my boys since they were young and they are both teenagers. I cannot think of another physician who would have taken such great care of them. ANYONE who has children should bring them here!"
