"Very costly. 65.00 for a dip powder and it chipped within a week. First time I went the tech dipped my nails 4 times. The second time they only dipped them twice. As much as I liked the atmosphere the wait and subpar work is not worth it."

"This place was clean and very bright. I thought I found a good place. But found out the service was horrible. When I walked in I was greeted by the owner and that was really nice. I did have an appointment and still had to wait. I asked the owner, gentleman for a simple gel manicure. I was tired from a long day at work and I didn’t watch every movement he made on my nails. He is the professional not me. I’m trusting him to do his job. When I looked at my nails while he was polishing the thumb it was really bad. there was a huge lump on the nail. Almost like there was to much polish or he didn’t do a good job filing the previous product off my nail. My nails aren’t shaped that way. So, I asked him to repaint it and he refused. Flat out refused. He asked me to leave and told me to go some where else and have another person fix it. I felt if he is doing a job and it’s not done it needs to be corrected from him. He preceded to request I leave his shop. I Would never recommend this place to anyone to have work done at this location ever. His service was horrible and not a good business man. I felt that my request to repaint a single nail was not over the top. I had nothing extra on my nails just the gel polish only. I will never again come here and I would hope no one else would support this location either. This town has to many nail shops for the owner to respond this way to a customers simple request."

"So highly dissapointed! I loved this location. I never mind waiting if I walk in and I have telling everyone about their business! I’m a hair stylist, who also is experienced in nails! I really had come to value the quality that I normally get from this location. Went in for a fill today, older gentleman seemed to be annoyed or rushing all of a sudden through my appt. My nails are not even straight! There is bubbles in my polish, the fill is lumpy and the polish touching my cuticle. The edges aren’t even filed the same shape! Plus I paid 40$ for a fill and gel when 3 weeks ago I paid the same for a full set and gel???"
