"I had a terrible experience getting my nails done today! The guy did not know what he was doing. I had to walk out during my appointment. I told him the pattern I wanted painted on my nails he said there was no problem. Until it came time to do the pattern and then he said he couldn't do it. The whole time he was talking about me in chinese! I felt very embarrassed."

"I asked for dip on top of my real nails. Shape was supposed to be square. It took 20 minutes tops. I get up and there’s still dip all around my fingers (it’s fine I know it will come off with hand washes). I look at the two pointer finger nails that I had asked for a tip, because they were too short & see that both pointer finger nail tips are lifted off of my actual nail. Which leaves a gap for water to enter, hence bacteria and fungus accumulation. I called them and said I did not feel comfortable with them redoing my nails because of how awful this experience was. I wanted a refund in which they did not give me. So the very next day I went to get these removed by another nail salon. Very awful experience."

"Emily is the rudest individual I have ever dealt with. She is snippy and miserable to customers. I recently was in the shop and taking some time picking out my color which I could tell was aggravating her. During my service my phone rang with an important phone call. I answered it but quickly hung up. She began to roll her eyes and shake her head at me. Then she rudely pointed to my phone to open the screen so that she could see the design I requested. On top of that, the salon is disorganized and are rarely ready to start your service when an appointment was scheduled. They are over priced and change the price all the time leaving the customer unsure of what they have paid for. I have gone there because of convenience only. I will gladly take my business elsewhere!"
