"I was scheduled to take a test here at 9 am, and my paperwork said to arrive at 8:30 am. The employee did not show up until 9, and he needed to restart his computer and call support. I began my test over 30 minutes after my scheduled start time. I understand that technical issues happen. However, if Pearson asks you to show up at 8:30 am, then an employee should be there to greet you at that time."

"The welcoming staff member was professional, courteous and polite. He went through the testing process thoroughly and welcomed any and all questions. He made sure I had what I needed and got me situated right away."

"I took my test here today and left very very angry. First they put me in a closet with no air and closed the door. Then they proceeded to talk back and forth my entire test. I didn't even get to finish. I spent the entire time reading the questions over and over again. Maybe if I would have been given the opportunity to concentrate I would have gotten them all right. It was so frustrating and very difficult to read the questions while they were speaking in another language. I couldn't concentrate at all. It's sad that I paid my money to take a test at this location only to have my money literally taken away. Who takes a test while people are talking?????? I paid my money to take a test not to be distracted by someone else's conversation. UNBELIEVABLE!!!"

"If you're going here to take a proctored exam, such as the VCLA- Don't go here!! You will be placed in a room that only has four computers no social distancing what so ever. 4 people sitting about a foot away from each other. But thats not the worst part- the worst part is that there is absolutely no way to focus or concentrate on the test you are taking because right next to the room you are in, taking your test, there is a class going on, a lady who speaks very loudly teaching a class, and a bunch of students talking. Then you have the front desk person coming in and out of the testing room talking on the phone trying to fix a non functioning computer. There is no way one can take a test in such a loud setting that you can't even hear yourself think because of all the noise around you."

"If youre looking at this place to take a proctored exam for a certification GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! I showed up 20 minutes early and no one was here to sign me in or get me started until 5 minutes before the exam. They were having some sort of class in the next room over and because the walls must be made of PAPER i could hear EVERYTHING the ENTIRE TIME. focusing was impossible. I lost connectivity TWICE and when i went to look for the test administrator for help, no one was at the desk. SAVE YOUR SELF STRESS AND TIME AND PICK ANOTHER PEARSON VUE TESTING CENTER."
