"Awful experience here. I normally get dip manicures. When I left here, I was in pain. 7 spots were nicked and bleeding at my cuticle areas. The Dremel tool was used to chew up my nails rather than a nail clipper. The technician was rough and didn’t even apologize or put anything on the spots where she made me bleed. Worst manicure experience I have ever had."

"The spa inside is beautiful and clean! I got a gel manicure and eye brow wax and I feel the prices were very fair. Staff was nice and friendly. It was my first time going to this spa (my normal place was all booked up and I needed to get my nails done asap) My only two complaints are 1.) ONLY cash for tips. They have an ATM in the spa which is convenient but I wasn’t aware that tips were only cash, so kind of a bummer, but now I know for next time. 2.) I got a gel manicure, which I always get and for some reason the clear top coat has bubbles in it. When she put the top coat on and I put my hand under the dryer it BURNED! I’m not sure if that’s because of the top coat or what caused the bubbles, but I was not used to this. Overall the nails look okay for now, just disappointed in the bubbles. However I would go back and give another chance!"

"DONT go to this spa for eye lash extensions!!!!! I went because my girl was booked up, she uses some kind of super glue, and puts chunks of lashes on your eye lid skin. Its so bad, your eyes should never burn after application or be this swollen 1 week later still. I went back to my girl and had to have them removed. It took 2 hours to remove them cause the glue or whatever she used would not budge at all. I am extremely disgusted that I paid $120 for a horrible service. Dont make the same mistake I did! Go find a real eye lash extension tech. Pictures to go with it of the chunks melted on my eye lids, and the mess as she was taking them off."

"I come here every now & then when I want real good mani pedi. The atmosphere of this salon is great, its very nice & clean and friendly staff. Today Yvette did my nails, powder dip and she did a great job, I love how my nails look. I normally have short square oval shape. First time I have the short almond shape and I love it. I will definitely be doming back for mani/pedi"
