"I found this office when I had my baby March 22 I since transferred over all my children to this office. I absolutely love coming here. Everyone is so nice! Most of the time I can get same day appointment. Only thing is if you want same dr each visit you have to ask or you will get whomever is available, but everyone is wonderful so far!!!"

"HORRIBLE STAFF I've been calling for weeks trying to get through. Someone finally answered and again I get pushed off to the next office. I told them I want to be scheduled wherever they can see me at this point. I was put on hold again then told I must have been calling the wrong place because they always answer. When I informed the lady I have been calling repeatedly she again stated I didn't know who I was calling then. I asked to speak to the office manager and was brushed off again and told they were too busy. I again let them know that's convenient and that I won't be bringing my child here due to the very unprofessional staff. Instead of helping the patients they are talking down on them and questioning them. Stay far away from this place it's a huge waste of time and I'll now have to get my insurance to find a more reliable office. Get better staff!"

"Terrible patient care! Staff is not very empathic. Physicians do not stay long; which says a lot. Dr.Aguilar is way too busy to care about his patients. He is the owner and seems to care more about making money than being compassionate to his patients. The telephone has no option to speak to someone so you have to jump through hoops to get to someone every-single-time. Try the number if you don't believe me. They take messages and do not call back. The waiting area was filthy(at least the last 2 times I was there). Most importantly they lack compassion. Do yourself a favor and choose a physician who is practicing medicine because they actually care for people. Save yourself the copay! read the reviews, it says it all!!"

"Dr. Aguilar office is so great. All the Doctors are nice and are great with kids. You cant go wrong with any doctor but my favs are Dr. Aguilar, Natalie Shelor and Dr. Law. My kids are 13 and 6. We use the Rosedale office but he has several locations"

"Dr Aguillar has been my children's pediatrician since my son was born 7 years ago. I love him and his staff so much that I changed my two older children over to his office and even though we've moved over across town, I still bring them here. It's almost an hour trip, but I'd rather drive an hour to take my kids to a doctor that they and I like than switch to a doctor closer to home that we might not like as much. They're great about fitting the kids into the schedule if one gets sick or hurt in school. Because my husband and i both work, we really love the later office house so we can take the kids to be seen after work. And they're always so friendly!"
