"This place only cares about taking your money. They won't call you back when they say they will and if you call them the oldest chunky one will turn on you and become a Karen. She's got the nastiest attitude towards other women. They tell you it will be a certain amount then after you bring your pets in then they want to charge double and even triple what they quoted you. The old chunky Karen has no clue what she's doing and doesn't care about animals only the pet owners money. If you're a man she's a little nicer but not much. Save your pets, your money, and your sanity and go someplace, any place else. You will be thankful you did."

"I've been taking my cats (all four--of various ages, mixed-breeds, health concerns, and temperaments) to Frazer Veterinary Group for years, and I'm always (beyond) satisfied with and grateful for their professionalism and their kindness (to me and to my pets). FVG fulfill regular vet needs flawlessly (reminders for yearly check-ups/shots; helpful price estimates beforehand or even at the visit), and they always make space and care to bring the best benefits to their furry patients and their owners. No matter if I have an appointment scheduled or not, they've taken my calls about pet health questions (especially when I got my first kitten; they were incredibly kind and patient about my many frazzled questions!); at each appointment, they explain everything they're examining, everything they could do for the issues they see (or will test for), and all health impacts on the pets themselves. I never feel patronized, and I'm always given thorough information to help my pets best. While FVG has rotated many of their lead vets over the years, each hire has been equally professional, brilliant, brimming with empathy and love for animals, and clearly glad to be in their field. I always feel that my cats are in the best hands at their establishment. I've gone to them for everything from yearly shots to emergency surgeries, and my pets have been given exceptional care at every appointment from folks who are meant to be doing this work. Finally, as someone who adopted pets when I began grad school, I both respect the necessary pricing of vet care but also understand the difficulty of budgeting when sudden health concerns arise (and your wallet is limited). Frazer has always been exceptional about meeting me where I am. Yes, they need to be paid for what they do while you're there, but they always chart what must be done right away for the pet's need and that cost, with additional pricing for further treatments/tests/etc for whenever the owner can afford them. Also, in terms of costs, I truly believe they are one of the more affordable vet groups in the area (and I've been to a few)."
