"So glad to have found Playful Pack in Rockville! After a not so great experience at another doggie daycare, I was hesitant to bring our dog here. But she is such a social gal and really needs some playtime during the week with other furry friends. And I’m so happy to say that our experience with Playful Pack so far has been amazing. From the different fun themes and activities to the report card with pictures after every visit, they go the extra mile. Thank you, Playful Pack! So glad we found you guys!"

"There are not enough words to describe how much I love Playful Pack! As a pet parent, it can be difficult to find a daycare for a fur baby -- especially one you trust! The staff here are so wonderful and you can see how much they care for the pups! They are so flexible about drop-off and pick-up! I also love how they have cameras! Like another posted, I do wish they had cameras outside as well! But I'm grateful that I get to check in throughout the day to see what my pup is up to! AND they send photos they took of your pup at the end of the day! Their boarding is also great! Recently, I had a family emergency and I called to see whether they had any availability for a few days to care for my pup. Maddy was so kind and understanding -- and quickly told me that they had availability! Maddy called to keep me in the loop, and didn't even mind when I called to check in on my pup! It was such a relief to know that K was in good hands while I was managing other things! CiCi gave me the best report when I went to pick up K! Even as we were leaving, Maddy and CiCi came to say by to K and I and gave him all the hugs and kisses! To all of the staff, thank you so much for going above and beyond! I am so grateful! Overall, the staff is so great and I couldn't recommend Playful Pack enough!"

"We are new to the area and searched for a new dog boarding facility similar to the one we used before where dogs would be out of a pen/crate most of the day. We also wanted somewhere with outside space so our dog didn’t get accustomed to using the bathroom inside. We have now brought our giant doodle multiple times for the day and a few overnight boarding stays. He loves Playful Pack. He gets so excited when we park in the parking lot and is always ready to go back and is so tired when we pick him up. He always looks so happy in the pictures sent each day. The staff have been so friendly. They remember him and welcome him so kindly each time we arrive. We have not had issues with booking which we have done online and over the phone. They have always answered when we have called if we were running late (still before closing) or had a question. Their hours are also great for working and commute time. Thankful we found Playful Pack."

"Because I was actively seeking another option for doggy care for my fur-baby, Open house visit 9/16/23 was a great place to start. Staff was approachable, pleasant and knowledgeable. I especially love the fact there is an outside play area."

"Great all around experience! My puppy always has fun at daycare - he comes home exhausted which shows he has taken out all of his non-stop energy through play time. It’s very refreshing to see there’s a doggy daycare that actually cares for their dogs and gives a peace of mind to dog owners as the staff is friendly, attentive and really appreciate the report card after checkout. Highly recommend!!!"
