"This is my goto chiplote location. On my last visit the prep cook was wearing wired ear buds. From a safety standpoint I am sure this is not acceptable. It was very distracting."

"I ordered a chicken and brown rice bowl for the past year here and it has always been a 3 pointer. Today I order it and a short Hispanic woman claiming to be the general manager says that’s not a 3 pointer. They have lost a customer because I have receipts to show that I was charged for a 3 point meal every time."

"Food is most of the time good, need to do a better job at keeping their serving areas clean. Service: The bowl portions they serve are in decline. If you add for more rice for example all they do is grab a little more rice and spread in the bowl to give the appearance that you are getting more. The dining area is neglected most of the times I come here. Trash cans are filled over the rim, tables with leftover food not wipe down, and trash under the tables. Why do you think people rather go for a TO GO instead of eating in the dining areas?"

"They were out of everything. as a taco shop how are you out of hard shell, chips, cheese, chicken, and lettuce. By the time they told me that they were out of everything they already started making my order so i couldn’t even say never mind. I’m sitting here with a taco with just meat in it."

"When I tell you these reviews were scaring me for this place, I almost didn't go lol. I visited this location Saturday October 29, 2022 around 2:00pm, I decided to try the new Garlic Guajillo Steak Burrito Bowl, and got white rice (which was cooked well), black beans, Pico de gallo, lettuce, cheese, and the steak was cooked okay (wish I had a little less fatty pieces, but it was flavorful and tender). Line wasn't too long, staff was friendly (the guy gave me extra meat without charging me, I guess because I looked more fit idk lol), they also let me redeem my free chips and guacamole for my birthday that was on September 29, so I lucked out and got it on the final day before it expired). Hopefully your experience is as good as mine because I do think they've gone down hill at a lot of locations. I used to Doordash and would never take orders from them because of how long it'd take to get my customer's order lol. I'll be back the next time I'm craving Chipotle."
