"Every school year it’s the same story with all the orders late and behind. No matter how early you place your school orders there is always the same excuse about being overwhelmed with orders and trying to fulfill them. The first year it happened I thought it was a learning curve and let it go but now I see someone just simply doesn’t know how to run a business or prioritize. It’s exhausting reading all FB pity party comments about how simply overwhelmed they are by the start of school year. This is not only industry or business that has a busy season yet every year it never improves. I’m also very shocked that there isn’t a first order in first out standard. I’m not sure how you can justify trying to fill the store for pick up items when orders that were taken months ago aren’t being worked on or fulfilled? The quality of the products is fine but the operations is a disaster. If there was an alternative I’d take it because this is chaos and drama every year with the school orders."
