"I used to come here more frequently but I had an unsatisfactory experience this time. I made an appointment with Lina over the phone, but when I got there, Lina was busy and directed me to someone else. I had been growing out my nails for a few months so I could just get gel and avoid damaging my nails with the acrylics. However, when I got there, they shaved down my nail so much that I felt that I had to get acrylics for longer nails. Even that was okay, because I just wanted longer nails. However, the nail tech cut the acrylics before showing me and made them at almost the same height as my natural nail. If that was the case I could’ve just kept my natural nail!!! I was just really upset about this mostly because I wanted longer nails for my birthday. The design I asked for was a bit complicated which is why I asked for Lina, but I understand that it was hard. I asked if they’ve done the design before and they said yes. However, halfway into the process they told me the nails are going to be similar but not exactly what I wanted. I wish they could’ve told me that in the beginning so I could’ve changed my mind about which design I wanted and picked an easier one that I would be happy with if this one was hard to achieve. The design was similar, but I wish they told me all of this ahead of time. I did not mind paying $100 for the services and I feel bad leaving a low review because everyone was very nice, but now I have short nails that are different from what I wanted when I would have been fine just picking a different design."
