"Thankful to have this store in this mall. We visit Everytime we come to Rocky Gap and buy a book almost every time. Smaller store but plenty to choose from especially for avid readers. Friendly staff always willing to help find/order/check for a book. Store is clean, organized and well stocked. Love their bargain sections, tons of discounted reads. Great balance of new releases and classics, gifts, magazines and other items like tea cups, journals, bookmarks and other nicnacs. For a mall that's in decline, this is a great store to keep business flowing."

While the store was on the smaller side, they still managed to offer a decent selection of books. The staff at Books-A-Million were helpful and attentive. They greeted me with a smile and were readily available to assist with any questions or recommendations I had. Their friendly demeanor created a positive shopping environment, making me feel valued as a customer. The store itself was relatively small compared to larger bookstores, but it had a certain charm to it. Despite the limited space, they made good use of it to display a variety of books across different genres. While the selection wasn't as extensive as I had hoped, there were still enough options to browse through and find something of interest."
