"We used to use this practice for many many years but no longer. It takes forever for anyone to answer the phone. By the time someone does there are no sick appointments available. I have not in the last three years Been able to get my sick child seen in the same day and they do not schedule for the next day. I have to call back in the morning to get a sick appointment - why would I do that if there is no guarantee? The young lady who answers the phone is also not sympathetic or seems wanting to help. The doctors themselves are great! But doesnt matter if in reality my kids only see them once a year for their annual check ups, never when I need them acutely."

"Extremely unsympathetic and unorganized! Takes forever (30 min to 1 hour) to talk to a real person. Every phone call is a big struggle. Appointments are a few months out to get. We are accepted as a new patient three months ago. Called many times in the past and everything was confirmed. Now when we tried to be seen, we are told they are not seeing us because we have not been seen before. They should have been more organized and let us know earlier. Total waste of our time and total disruption of our plan. Would give zero star if I could. Run away from this place!"

"I understand the short staffing but the neglect that Dr. Shakoor presented and the nurse making my 6 month old cry was beyond disgusting. My 6 month had her wellness visit and I brought my 3 year old with to the appointment because of her cough. I asked Dr. Shakoor about my 3 year old cough, and her being congested. I also asked about her being in close contact could my 6 month old could've gotten sick because she's congested. She said "give them allergy medicine and I can't look at her (my 3 year old) because she doesn't have an appointment and anywhere you go is going to the same." Until she heard my 3 year old cough then say "if you take to urgent care go to PM Pediatrics." Then she goes and do a quick look over on my baby and says "lungs are clear. She's fine just a little congested, we can give her vaccinations." That's all Dr. Shakoor seem to care about was the vaccines, if she's ill she can't get the vaccines. If she would have actually did a full check up on my 6 month old she would've seen she have ear infections in both ears and her throat is red. My 3 year old have pneumonia, allergy medicine isn't going to help. Again she heard my 3 year old cough. Then the nurse came in to give my 6 month old her vaccinations and the first one she gave to her she made her cry and then try to act like my 6 month old was crying for nothing. We will not be returning!"

"Understaffed and unorganized! It never use to be thus way until recently. I called and spoke to the triage nurse due to an emergency with my child who is asthmatic. In order for him to receive the steroid medication to help with his wheezing/coughing he would need to be seen. The triage Dr faxed over the information to the office recommending that he been seen immediately today but I was told by the office manager that he would not be able to be seen because the office is understaffed?! They don't have staff. That is unacceptable to tell parents/patients they have no regards to the children. She had no alternative or left me with no options, I have no way to get a message to his physician to request that medication! I even asked for a virtual visit. The Manager was no help. Corporate needs to do something immediately. I am also filing a complaint."

"I have been going to his practice for five years, they have the best staff, and the staff is courteous. I also appreciate the doctors; they listen and follow-up with me whenever my kids are such. They show empathy towards their patients. Getting an appointment is super fast, and I love their stress free check-in process."
