"I went for a New Year’s Eve manicure with my niece and we will not return. Explained numerous times that we wanted a regular manicure only which was ignored. Instead we received and were charged for gel manicures. Our technicians chose to ignore our requests and provided what they wanted, and violated our autonomy to the fullest. Zero stars given."

"My girlfriend went to get a full set of acrylic nails. The special upon entry was 25 for a full set. She was specific on what she wanted done for her nails as far as length and style. An older man was doing her nails, and acknowledges her requests. As the man proceeded to do my girlfriends nails she stated again the shape she desired. The man filed and drilled her nails and told her to wash her hands. When my girlfriend got back to the nail station she mentioned how underneath her nails were bulky with acrylic and unevenness. The man quickly 'cleaned' under her nails and painted them. The paint job was uneven, and too sheer and the man had missed some spots . My girlfriend left unhappy with the shape, and quality of her service, and had to go to a different salon to get a new set."
