"OMG!! Talk about a completely fake company! Not sure where to start. Asked for a demo before signing up for a $600 class; instructor had no clue, and cannot speak English (I'm American). He basically gave me an outline of the software product from the vendor's website. So frustrated that he didn't understand that I needed to see a few instructor slides and a few screenshots from demo before agreeing to class. I finally took control of Zoom, shared my screen, and showed earlier email from them describing the contents of the "demo" I was being scheduled for. Then, someone on the line understood English because he quickly became offended the instructor saw the $600 price tag. In F/U emails I asked for a name - any name - of a person in the company that could be verified through LinkedIn, or other means. Asked repeatedly & they couldn't respond. What a waste of time!!"
