"First off I'm going to start by saying there are only 2 workers here. The owner Nicole and Amber who for some reason is not very pleasant she always have an attitude. I was getting my nails dipped by Amber like I always have done and when she does my nails she always add a tip to one of my nails because the nail broke and is still trying to catch up to the rest of my nails. This day she did NOT add the tip so I said aren't you going to add the nail and she says I have to tell her what to do with my nail which makes no sense when you have been doing my nails for months and do it the same every single time so why all of a sudden your acting stupid. Anyways that was when I should had walked out but I bit my tongue not to make a scene so now she starting the process for the dip she opens the 2 different dip powders and ask what do I want to do so I told her ombre now shes pissed and say "you have to tell me you want ombre before I start your nails" so at this point I give her attitude back and say first of all you Never asked me what I wanted when u saw both dip powders you started doing what you wanted and then asked i don't know the process of ombre this is my first time getting it done. But she was extremely rude and it was disgusting I was ready to tell her listen you don't have to do my nails but at the same time I've already waited 2 hrs to be seated so at this point She was going to do my nails mad and all. But horrible customer service very rude doesn't speak when you say hi how are you nothing she's rude and quiet. I will be taking my business elsewhere and because of her attitude she was only given $2 tip. what a disgust when your providing service that I am paying for to act like a WITCH BUT IF I WERE YOU I WOULD NOT GIVE THEM SERVICE unless you wanna b waiting forever because like I mentioned in the beginning of my review it's only 2 workers not to mention when they do your feet they use the same pumice for everyone's feet my feet had a reaction so the last time I did my feet I paid for my own brand new pumice because that is not sanitary at all. I wouldn't waste my time or money with Amber and I will be getting my payment reversed."

"I haven't had my nails done in well over a decade so after reading Facebook posts and Google reviews I decided to try this place on 3/28/22. I got a full acrylic set & pedicure with regular polish. The woman who did my nails did amazing! I went back today for a fill but honestly could have waited another 2 weeks, I only went for new colors for Easter, lol. Seriously great people, great products, great work! I have found my salon! This time I got gel polish on my finger nails, only because I work at a convenient store using my hands, washing & sanitizing constantly so I need something stronger then regular polish.
