Bemanda Technology is a first-class educational institute that focuses on giving back to the community. It is an academic center and exemplary to community building. Most (not all) of the diaspora community is surviving at a minimum wage work environment and have been desperately looking for such break from its own community enrichment programs as others successfully implemented. It provides a great opportunity for career advancement as well as working on communication, collaboration, alignment, team values, motivation, and anything else that can enable a community to uplift itself more effectively as part of the digital revolution and cloud computing careers like Microsoft SharePoint. Alex Nida, the instructor, and owner of Bemanda Technology is a very thoughtful teacher who puts a lot of thought into how he presents the material. His lessons are engaging, useful, and always encouraging. He flows like water on the downstream and seamlessly walking his students through a breadth of information in a remote environment. He also does a fabulous job pacing everything and addressing student questions. As part of the academically successful members of the diaspora community, he could have just focused on his personal success and enrichment but rather he is giving back to his community humbly and with tremendous amount of humility.
