"The worse staples I’ve ever been to. The customer service is trash and they are rude and very passive aggressive. They were mean to customers who needed help. I didn’t work there and still felt the need to help other customers because they were so rude and ignorant. They need to work on their customer service skills. We spend too much money to be treated so poorly. Corporate needs to step in and provide some type of training. This store is an absolute NO for me!!!! I will NEVER return to this place."

"I've never in my life had an experience like I had today in this Staples. They are the worst , unprofessional, disrespectful staff. They don't greet , they literally had more than 5 people in the line and they were only helping 1. The lady with the dingy red & black jordans seems to be the ring leader in the shenanigans. The customer service in this place in the print area is absurd !!!!! I understand there's times where you maybe having a bad day but don't take that out on the customers. Literally there was not one staff member that was approachable. 0 stars is what is truly deserved!!!!!"

"Fax/copy machines are unreliable. A situation occurred with two customers this morning. The “manager”s way of deescalating the altercation between the two customers was not the way a manager should’ve handled it. My first and last time going to this store. Office Max is much more cleaner and organized. Management and staff are great."
