"Went to pick up my online order & was annoyed by the fact that the cashier basically ignored me and 4 other people waiting for their pickups. The whole line got rung up before I received my order and the whole point of ordering online is to skip the wait. I miss when they would just place the orders on the shelf, this has happened to me multiple times now at this location."

"working the rice and beans decided she was going to skim me on the rice and think she was gonna try to charge me for extra rice so you know what I decided to do I ordered two bowls ordered extra meats went through the whole line, and then I walked out, so have fun getting rid of those four bowls I really only wanted to, but I made her add extra to each of the bowls, so have fun getting rid of those - Brooke Hoffman next time imma hop the counter and take you outside think you playing with my food"

"I ordered online two burrito bowls at this restaurant, when my bf came to grabbed it they didn’t make any of them. They didn’t have what we ordered and paid for, instead they messed up the orders changing the sides we asked for, forgetting about don’t include vegetables and also they put A LOT of spicy sauces that I completely HATE. If you’re going to order Chipotle, choose another store. This one definitely don’t work!"

"I recently had an alarming experience at the Chipotle located in Woodbridge, VA, that I feel compelled to share. Today, while enjoying my Carne Asada Salad, I found a piece of plastic approximately 2 to 3 inches in size, which was thoroughly saturated with my food. Not only did this incident cause me to choke and experience severe discomfort in my throat, but it has left me feeling quite unwell. My health and safety were compromised by this unexpected discovery. I have attached pictures of the plastic piece for reference. It's unclear what the material is, which raises serious concerns about the quality control and safety standards in place at this Chipotle branch. I intend to have the plastic and the remaining food tested to determine its composition and whether there are any additional risks to my health. I believe this issue requires immediate attention to ensure the well-being of all patrons. I urge the Chipotle team to investigate this matter thoroughly and take swift action to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. Safety should always be a top priority in the food industry. Thank you for your prompt attention to this serious issue."

"This is the second time I placed a large order for a work meeting. Total bill over $200.00 each time. Both times I had a less than positive experience with the team. Today, I arrived shortly before the order was ready. The girl preparing the food rolled her eyes and said "it's not ready yet!!" I sat down and waited. She came back and plopped all of the bags down in front of me. When I said thank you, she turned away. Several of the orders were incorrect. All of the orders were very light on food. Guess this location no longer wants our business since it was obviously an inconvenience to prepare a large order. Just rude service"
