They have canceled two appointments for my 3-year-old baby, for not wearing a mask the first time, I understand that it was our fault for not having a mask as parents, now I arrive wearing my mask and they don't take care of my baby either because he doesn't wear a mask! What kind of pediatric clinic is this? That doesn't take care of children who need a physical check-up or whatever"

"I love Dr. Cecilia and N.P. Anela Banks, they have been taking care of my 5 children for the past 13 years, they also took care of children’s father when he was child. I don’t mind waiting if they are running a little bit behind on their schedule because I know they will take time to take care of my child’s need like they did with child/patient before mine."

"I have been a patient with this practice for 19yrs I have 3 children who have been patients since birth who as of recent are no longer patients of the practice Dr. Nwanko has always been sweet timely or the other hand her other provider Dr. Anela Banks who have been seeing for the past 6 yrs is horrible always late and very rude and uncaring I had a written letter giving consent for my children to be seen with my mother there grandmother on file and refused see my daughter a 15 yr patient and told my mom that if i had an issue with that to find a new doctor? As a health care professional myself I have never met a more unsympathetic provider especially to patient who have been with the practice for close to 2 decades as a result I changed providers after 19yrs If you do go there I would not recommend Dr. Banks she is cold, rude and has terrible bedside manners."

"One of the front desk ladies (she’s been there for years) is very helpful and professional. However it’s nearly impossible to get a same day visit during any time of the year, and appointments usually can’t be scheduled for a week or more out."
