"I have been going to this doctor's office for a long time (great doctors), but the way they do referrals needs to get better. They told us after we made an appointment with specialists, we could call the office and request the referral, which we did. I usually call to double-check if they sent the referral, but this time, I didn’t and went to the specialist. They did not have the referral. I had to sit in the specialist's office, call, and wait for them to send it. She said she emailed it to me and faxed it to two different numbers. For some reason, we did not get it. Thanks to the Dr and the receptionist at the Foot and Ankle office, my kid did receive the treatment we wanted. We were there from 12-1:30 we didn’t get it."

"Horrible place to put your child, never been in such situation that you beg the office to only get your kids medical records 3-4 weeks straight, and they will lie at your face that they sent or didn't receive even though you did everything right.. omg, I even told her my 4-month old son is sick and asking them to release the medical records to new Pediatrician so we can make new appointments, but here we are, this is 4th week.. I hope you going shutdown and never do business again!"

"Absolutely worst experience ever had as new patient. Tried 5 times to make appointment only to be put on hold 4 times and then hung up on. Once I did get to talk to someone, I was again left on hold for 15 minutes then was informed tht we need to register?? before making the first appointment. They offered no help with our situation. We will be changing our primary care doctor. The"

"This office ! if you drop and paper documents or your child last medicinal record please Ask for a copy that a proof you dropped it of because I dropped my 3 kids not only one kid 3 kids of previous medical records Not single paper piles of paper the front desk say she doesn’t Recall I gave it to her the same person that I dropped the paper she say she doesn’t recall that I gave it to her I don’t know if she is sleep walker at work or zombie or lazy to scan the document she just lied she doesn’t remember! They can’t found my kids documents anywhere in the office! I even asked if there is a camera at the front they say no ! I am speechless I Never had this experience before in any other medical office !"

"I have been taking my son to CP&A since birth and I have been very pleased with his care. Just recently, I was able to get the same day (sick) appointment which was critical as my son had fever for 5 consecutive days. His pediatrician Dr Hyunbo Holly Kim diagnosed him correctly and treated him promptly. Dr Kim is so knowledgeable, kind and has excellent bed side manner. My son is so comfortable with her, so am I! I recommend Dr Kim and the practice to family and friends."
