"Frequent problems with them forgetting to fill prescriptions and their text message service rarely works correctly. Staff cannot be trusted and show no empathy for their mistakes, even for lifesaving prescriptions. 18 years of getting prescriptions and never had a problem until I tried this pharmacy for convenience. I'll gladly go a little out of my way to not have to deal with their incompetence."
"The pharmacy staff here is awful. They refilled my daughter’s inhaler without the necessary spacer so basically it’s useless and they didn’t decide to call me and tell me this before filling it and now she’s without her inhaler for over a day and when I called to try to check on it. No one answers."
"I had to transfer from the other Riteaid store because they closed. My second time calling I was not able to get anyone to answer the phone. They just kept putting me back into the voicemail. It’s 5 pm. They are open and this is totally ridiculous and very unprofessional."

"My regular rite aid shut down (6200 Saltsburg rd) which is really unfortunate because that was actually a great store. This store (7345 saltsburg rd) is absolutely terrible. I have been on the phone trying to get a script filled for nearly 30 minutes. Do they not know how to answer phones there? I'm transferring everything over to CVS because this store sucks."
