"We called our cats regular vet close to home with an emergency our cat was breathing heavily and seemed like he was struggling to get enough air in and they could not get us in the same day. After calling many veterinary hospitals and being turned down or having to wait weeks for an appointment, I finally called Jamestown Veterinary Hospital. They got us in that day. They took such good care of our boy, unfortunately our boy was very sick and the best decision was for him to be put down, our concern was that our children were not going to be able to say goodbye, the dr was so caring and compassionate, she made our Lenny boy comfortable to take home for one more night so we could all say goodbye to him properly. I am so greatful that we were able to do that, as well as have him cremated and have remembrance paw prints made. When we took him to be put down they had a private room available with a couch and nice comfortable blankets to wrap our boy in. They let us say goodbye and hold him and cry as much as we needed , all of the staff was so kind and compassionate ,we truly felt as though they cared about our Lenny and us. We have since changed our vet to them exclusively for our pets now. I recommend them to anyone with pets."
