"One day, I will open a store that carries THE EXACT same stuff as Best Buy, but it will all be $1 cheaper, and it'll be called 'Better Buy'. Until then, Best Buy is your 'best' option!"
"Hit or Miss on which staff member ypu talk to and how helpful they are with your questions. We've stopped in a few times and each time we've had different experiences, in my opinion with these large electronic stores it wouldn't be the worst suggestion to have the staff cross trained amongst all departments to have some knowledge of where things are in the store. We asked staff about something and it wasn't something in their department so they just didn't help. Next visit we asked someone they didn't know but they walked to the department and found us a person and then stayed to actually learn for themselves (super smart) and the most recent time going I asked a few questions about one specific product and the actual employee who's department it was had no clue...... they had to look up the product and just tell me the specifics I can read myself so I didn't feel confident on purchasing the item. Kept it moving and found another staff member who answered without hesitation and sold us the actual correct item we would need and that wasn't the one I was previously looking at so thank you for the 2nd more knowledge person."
"We purchased an open box TV where we were told that in the Condition notes, the only thing missing was the remote control. The Open Box tag (see the attached photo) ALSO says, Missing: Remote Control. That is it, nothing else should be missing. We drove 1 hour to pick this up and saw it was missing the stand/base. We asked where the stand/base was, and they said they don’t have it. I told them I purchased this and I drove 1 hour to pick this up, based on the only issue being a missing remote control. The store “Experience Manager” was completely useless. He just said take it or leave it (return it). This is the “Experience” manager? He is supposed to understand the issue and offer a solution to make customers happy and have a good experience. They clearly made a mistake in describing the condition in the notes of the condition of this open box tv. There should be ACCOUNTABILITY for these managers to provide accurate information. He then made statements like: I got an amazing price. Just because it was a good price, is NOT a valid excuse for the store making a mistake and not having the missing stand. The condition note should be correct and accurate, and it **wasn’t. I tried to be understanding and asked him to provide any other solution. But, he was rude and not willing to do anything. My parents were with me (this TV was purchased for them) and even they were surprised by this manager’s terrible, unhelpful attitude. For me this is simple, the tag said missing remote and so that is all that should be missing! Now, the only option is to spend another $150 to buy the stand from Samsung, when I shouldn’t have to do this. This person SHOULD NOT be called the “Experience Manager” if all he did was provide a terrible experience and no customer service. Just know that if any legitimate issues come up with shopping here, odds are you will NOT receive good & fair customer service. >> Best Buy Corporate/Management: I would like to discuss this further, as this should be received as constructive feedback and an opportunity for improvement. See the attached photos."
"Best Buy is okay. The store is clean and mostly organized. The staff is friendly but not always very knowledgeable. My latest trip was to look for a new laptop computer. The employee that my husband and I found to help us was friendly but did not seem very knowledgeable about the products. He was happy to look up information, though, which was great, however slow, and ultimately, he was unable to find the answers. The biggest letdown for me was with the prices. The computers are overpriced by at least $100. I found the exact same laptops at Walmart and other stores for $100+ less than the "discounted" prices at Best Buy."
"This Best Buy location was well stocked and the staff were friendly. They had a lot of appliances on display and it was a great experience."
