"Water would not turn on at home (we have a well), so I did a search for a well repair person around the area and Keystone came up and had good reviews. Called Tim and said they'll be over within 2 hrs - Tim was at my place promptly. Assessed the issue and it wasn't the well pump, but looked like a broken pipe under the house. Although he wasn't going to be able to fix it, he called one of his plumbers and got me scheduled the same day (within 2 hrs) to get it looked at. Glad he came out and assessed the issue, honest and then also got me on another plumbers schedule to get it fixed."

"I was not satisfied with my current well company for a variety of reasons. When my well stopped pumping water late Friday night I waited until Saturday morning and looked up alternatives. Keystone had good reviews. And now I want to say they were 100% spot on. Tim came up within a few hours despite not having a helper. He was agreeable to us helping him and didn't give up. "Tim really knows his stuff. And he's honest. Another local water "expert" told me my well pump motor was burned up, wanted $1200. Cash upfront. They didn't even look at it but charged me $50 to come out and tell me so. Tim said otherwise on the phone, and was correct, pump was fine, just froze up. And he didn't charge me a dime to tell me so. He is most honest and knowledgable water expert around. I've had him undo several things other so-called experts messed up in my filtering system also, for a reasonable price. ALSO, he can clean a well where most will tell you a new one needs drilled for much more $$$ because they don't clean them. HIGHLY recommend Keystone. Best around!"
