"Attempted to dispose of a cut tree within the public right of way and on adjoiners property of their client. When confronted about it they claimed the Township workers and client would clean it up. It is illegal to dispose of anything within a public right of way or private property without consent. After I confronted them they then removed the debris from the adjoiner who did not give consent and from the public right of way. This was in Bullskin Twp. If they are leaving tree debris from private clients properties in the public right of way for municipalities to clean up they are in effect leaving that burden of cleanup to the taxpayers. Very unprofessional."
