"When this location first opened the prices were nice and it was fun to shop here. Now tho, the prices are insane and you can just tell everyone else thinks the same as all the items pile up on the shelves. If this was done because of the sales days it is a bad look for the store. Stop wasting time researching everything on e-bay just to have it sit for months because no one will buy it at those crazy prices. No one wants to go into a thrift store and see 19.99 for a radio they could get anywhere else for 5 and noone has time to make sure they go to the store the day of a sale to get the items they might want at a decent price. I don't waste my time going to this thrift anymore. Sorry for the rant but this stores pricing is so confusing and frustrating as a avid thrift store buyer."
"So searching for a specific thing was so excited when I found it, but it had no price. When I ask for a price they get all rude telling me they can't price it and when I ask if they could please price it the lady starts huffing and puffing trying to look for someone. Sign says things without a price can't be bought it goes back to warehouse.....the why the is it even on a shelf???"
"As a frequent thrift store shopper, and multiple business owner I can say the customer service here is horrible. Both times that I tried to donate items I was met with very poor customer service, first time I was told they didn’t want the stuff I was giving them, second time the older gentleman who wears the Vietnam Vet hat would not say hello to me after I said hello to him twice, when I asked him if he wasn’t talking today, he said “nope” then turned his back and tried to walk away with the items without even a thank you at which point I stopped and him and took my donations back out of the cart. One of the managers who’s name I believe to be Carlton is rude and seems bothered anytime I ever had to deal with him which has been at least 3 times, this other time I bought a stereo which didn’t work and when I took it back they made me wait about a 1/2 hr while they tried to prove me wrong and make it work, they failed, meanwhile their sticker said “tested/works” and icing on the cake is the completely OUTLANDISH pricing they have going on. If you are reading this, you are not an eBay seller, you are not an antique store, your are not a boutique, you are a THRIFT STORE and your prices are whack, your service is whack, and your staff is whack. If you don’t correct these issues I can’t imagine you’ll be there very long. 2 thumbs down, negative 5 stars, the worst thrift store around and I visit them all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, you’ll only leave disgusted and disappointed."
"Don't waste your time. Used to be a great thrift shop. Whoever is pricing should be fired."
"Nice store, well laid out and clean but the prices are way out of line with other thrift stores in the area like Restore and Last chance Ranch. I hope they revisit their pricing strategy so they can make more money for a good cause."
