"First of all i give you all a 0. My 76 y.o. husband drove from Harford County in this pouring rain today. He left our home at 830 am for a 945 appointment. He was 20 min. Late for his appointment. They could not spare the time to see him. It took him another 1hr and 30 min to drive back home. He has back pain and now has to wait til December for an appointment. You all are horrible. I hope he cancels and finds a quality practice."
