Dr Tortellini is by far the most compassionate and knowledgeable healthcare provider I have had the pleasure of meeting. He utilizes a conservative approach when determining the best health outcome for his patients. He takes the time to get to know his patients, listens to the patients concerns, reviews the MRI results in laymen terms, provides options and reviews the pro’s and cons if surgery is required. "First of all i give you all a 0. My 76 y.o. husband drove from Harford County in this pouring rain today. He left our home at 830 am for a 945 appointment. He was 20 min. Late for his appointment. They could not spare the time to see him. It took him another 1hr and 30 min to drive back home. He has back pain and now has to wait til December for an appointment. You all are horrible. I hope he cancels and finds a quality practice."
