"I was thoroughly disappointed with this establishment and their way of doing business. I needed programs printed and finished for a funeral and so I uploaded my file, gave the specifications I needed, and left ample time for a short run amount, I paid and waited to be notified when the job was ready. 2 days passed and although I was notified that they received it, I didn't hear or receive anything from Staples "(dis)Advantage" that the job was held up or unable to be completed. I decided to call to see if there were any issues and I find out that the place where I thought the job was being done was not the place at all and I was told that they are "just the conduit" for where the jobs are actually done! In addition to that, according to the person I spoke to, they didn't even have the paper I requested nor was I notified that this was an issue! The website allowed me to order a selection of paper and the type of finishing I desired yet I had to settle for my job to be printed on sub standard paper and without the full bleed I paid for! When I asked how I would be accommodated for this huge inconvenience , I was told to "wait for the manager"! I have not heard from anyone and yet my money was taken for a service I did not receive! I will never bring another job to this place again!"

He has all the knowledge to help me select the laptop and was very patient with me explaining things that I did not understand. I was never so satisfied this much with any store employee ever before. What a refreshing change from the help you get from other places where you can by laptops. Your man "James" is the best and represents your store so very very well."

"Got some prints done here. The first time around, they were wrapped super tight and had some damage from the rubber band. I went back and the girl servicing the print shop later that night helped me out and reprinted them. She was kind and reprinted them so that no streaks were visible, great attention to detail! Really really appreciated her!"
