"Go to a different store for your prescriptions. Had them filled before and my insurance covered it the last time. This time it didn’t. Had to wait 17 hrs for it to be filled"

"I have no choice but to use this rite aid because it is the closest to where I live. But every time I go to pick up my prescriptions they are never ready. They get very nasty with me and tell me that they are short-handed, even when I called 5 hours ago to have it filled. So I have to keep making multiple trips back to the rite aid and with the price of gas nowadays that's not right to do. I work in retail so I understand the short-handedness and workforce but to be quite frank that's not my problem. Nobody wants to hear excuses when they need their medications. 5 hours should be more than enough to get one prescription ready. Honestly if you can use a different location do so!"

"Went to stop here so my toddler could use the restroom and my husband was declined for he was told he had to purchase something as my toddler was struggling to hold his pee. No other rite aid is like this. Not that I stop often but when I do I spend a good amount of money and never thought having my 5 year old would be denied the restroom. I can understand d keeping rift raft out but a 5 year old."

"I have recently gone to this pharmacy, which leaves a lot to be desired. On one occasion, I went in for a prescription and two other items. I stood in line behind another elderly women for almost 10 min. Not one person in pharmacy acknowledged we were there. I assumed she had at least been addressed before I got in line. Granted, we were both short on stature, but regardless. Yesterday, I went in for a prescription, and when I got to the register, I was informed they were waiting for the Dr. to respond. My doctors office had sent a prescription on June 16 to them to fill when needed. The young woman who waited on me was young and cocky. Not only did she rush her answer, but she also called me DEAR at least twice, as well as, the two customers ahead of me. I'm sure she thinks she is efficient, but as someone at least 25 years older than she was, i feel her manner was disrespectful and condescending. I have had prescriptions sent to Rite Aid as my pharmacy of choice for 25 years, until now. In the future all my prescriptions will be going to another pharmacy. Not the one at 3700 Walnut Street Mckeesport"

"This is the most horrible terrible customer service very rude, ignorant, disrespectful, unprofessional, they don’t even offer you weekend hours. My daughter is a diabetic insulin dependent. We could not get her medicine because they were closed over the weekend. I was leaving for vacation. I called 8 AM for all my diabetic supplies all my medicine supplies only for them to tell me to come pick up the medicine when I got there it was not filled then I called in only to be disrespected hung up on the pharmacist told me she had over 600 prescriptions to fill and then when I did go pick up my medicine it was all the wrong medicine. It was nothing I needed to take for vacation , you talking about a zero store OMG I cannot wait to transfer. I will go to Ear‘s pharmacy where it is very nice respectful people are friendly nothing like Rite Aid. Rite Aid pharmacy sucks terrible service."
