Giant Eagle Supermarket

"Apparently I’m in the wrong when clearly they can’t get their employees to put the right tag on items. Here it clearly says the hot pockets are 1.99 not 8.99 and of course the manager and employee wouldn’t honor it like any other store would. But that’s not the only issue I have with this store the self check out young man is so unprofessional and ignorant. You asked him “is the pharmacy going to be open on a holiday” and he says I don’t know why don’t you look at the outside of the building and figure it out. The store is full of ignorant Individuals and managers who don’t know how to do their jobs correctly."

"When I first started working there the manager for the night stocking crew was very disrespectful, aggressive, arrogant. The lady that was working beside him was yelling at me was all in my face still yelling at me she had colorful hair and the manager was a bald guy. Before I even started I was told that I had to do assessments which that was the first thing I was supposed to do when I first started the assessments where long and the lady with the colorful hair was rushing me she lied and said all of the assessments were multiple choice which that was a lie not all of the assessments were multiple choice."

"Basically wasted money for Thanksgiving. Usually love this location but you need a new produce manager. Herbs were basically gone on Tuesday the ones I bought I could barely use because they were no good. I personally took up two or three full little boxes of the apple slices with caramel and they all had expired. The one thing I've always appreciated about Giant Eagle is the freshness and yeah no quality here. I even traveled the 20 or so minutes so I didn't have to shop at the South Side location. So disappointed."

"It’s a grocery store. Make sure you check prices on the shelf and when you get rung up! Almost every item rang up at a different price than what was on the shelves! Every dime counts these days so pay attention! Very nice display when walking in!"

"Terrible place to shop anymore. Produce is always wilted and moldy because they constantly spray it with water to make it weigh more because they sell it by weight. Always fights in the store. Some of the employees look like they haven't bathed in some time. Deadbeats always begging in front of the store."
