"They are polite and care. I give three stars because there is always a long wait and they did not diagnose my dog correctly for approximately two years. However, despite that I do enjoy them over other vets."

"Took my dog here for an emergency treatment. It is a nice clean hospital with friendly and knowledgeable folks working there. They are understaffed severely as of my visit, as we were there for hours before my dog was taken in because animals coming in that were in dire circumstances were seen immediately for obvious reasons. The other part of this hospital that should be noted is it is an emergency hospital and you will pay for it as so, it will not be the bill you would expect for a vet visit so be prepared, they accept care credit so you can make payments."

"Dr Pope and the entire staff are the best all around. Very knowledgeable and professional. I had an issue with my cat Billie and Dr Pope was able to see him right away, diagnosed the issue and took excellent care of him. He now is an active, healthy cat. You can see and feel all the love and compassion the entire staff have for our special pets. My two cats and my corgi Tony will go nowhere else. I trust them with everything my pets need. "The staff and vets are consistently professional and kind to both me and each of my dogs I've taken there through the years. They've been compassionate with my sick or elderly dogs, and happy and encouraging with my newest pup. They are willing to discuss any questions I have and talk through options for each decision for my dog's care. They are great on appointment timeliness and availability in a very clean office setting."
