Finally, I spoke with Mr. Author, the manager at Rockville Tribles, who mentioned their inability to respond due to being busy and abruptly hung up. I've escalated the issue to the Better Business Bureau and plan to reach out to the Tribles front office for resolution. Proceed with caution. Thank you."

I'm glad places like this exist and sell to the public. Understand that this is a professional supply house, they aren't here to hold your hand or coach you through your trouble. If you're not competent with fixing things, you should consider hiring a repair service."
